Not working with Firefox Portable

I recently reinstalled my portable apps and WebMail Notifier is no longer working with portable Firefox. It installs fine, but when I open the options page, none of the scripts are loaded. The 'Ok', 'Cancel' and 'Help' buttons do nothing. I have to exit the options dialog with the 'X' in the title bar. I can't load scripts, or import settings. This happened with Firefox 9.0.1 and now version 10. I've had no issues with a normal install of Firefox, just the portable one now. The same thing happens with any version of WebMail Notifier I install. Not just 2.9.2. It used to work no problem, so maybe it has something to do with the newest Portable version of Firefox. Anyone else see this? Thanks.
Portable 10
I just installed Firefox 10 Portable onto USB stick... and added Adblock and WebMail Notifier. I imported my accounts from regular Firefox... and they seem to work (although my Shortmail account is grayed out but it doesn't say it's "not checked").
It's not a basic failure of Portable Firefox 10 ...I would suggest trying to uninstall WMN, restart Portable Firefox, and re-install WMN.
If you can export from another Firefox... maybe, after re-install, you might be able to import.

Fixed
I got it working. I had originally installed Firefox Portable through the PortableApps app directory. I deleted this and installed the file manually instead and now WMN is working fine. Not sure if installing through the app directory was the problem or what. But all is well now.
